When starting from an idea, I suggest going through the full process covered below, however I often encounter projects at various stages of growth. Below are some common task packages that suit any stage of your journey. Reach out with details about your company and the problems you’re looking to solve and I would be more than happy to put some numbers around what working with me would look like.
Perception is profit.
Ensure that your users understand and adore your product/company with the proper name and branding.
Every project needs a firm foundation.
Have the broad concept but not sure about the details? Have some details but the developers are asking you for way more? I’m happy to work with you to outline and draft your features in detailed user stories so that everyone is on the same page about what should be built and how it should work. Make the outside as polished as the inside.
You know what you want, you may even have some rough sketches or Google docs, but it still needs that final, finished look. We can work to bring your features to life with wireframes, key screens, or even full UI. Already have a design but feel like it needs a refresh? We can do that too with a single consulting session or a heavier design “facelift”.
Swipe, press, and type your way to user satisfaction.
While looks are nice, it’s really the interactions that make the difference. Make sure your app “feels” as good as it looks by building out a design prototype. This is a great lo-fi way to test new features with test audiences or as an interactive proof of concept for investors.
Who now? How? They said what about my product?
Make sure to put your designs or prototype before your potential users before ever committing a line of code. You’d be amazed by what you discover after weeks of tunnel vision on your features. We can run live sessions, video calls, or surveys to make sure you have the right mixture of general and specific feedback.
Halp. I’m not sure where to start.
Likely need a combo of the above? Just want a one hour session of advice? Need a 4 hour “hot-take” assessment of where you are currently and what could be improved? I’m here for you, all you need to do is ask.
