Field Native App
I provided UI designs for XOEye’s initial field app in 2016. This app allowed HVAC technicials to record and capture issues in the field and call into office experts to recieve guidance and advice. All captured content was transferred to their cloud system and video/voice calls were handled with a VOIP service.

Vision Platform
In 2017, I worked with the XOEye team to provide exploratory designs and prototypes for their web portal – Vision as well as some Bot UI. I provided code and style guides to development teams to implement an overall branding facelift and to whitelabel certain aspects of the platform. I also mockup elements of the app and web portal for marketing materials and videos that were made during this period.

Ticket Workflow
In 2018 we returned to focusing on the field experience with an entirely new workflow ticketing process contained within the app. For this project, I adapted rough wireframes from the product manager into rich UI and interactive prototypes. I supervised live testing sessions and we made adjustments to the platform based on this feedback. *The majority of this work is not publically available

ABOUT
XOi’s Vision platform uses workflow automation, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and machine learning to streamline documentation of service calls, facilitate real time remote support, intelligently archive and resurface service content, and improve customer transparency from the frontlines of field service.
